Margot B. Myers
Margot founded Runaway Press in 2015 as a place where independent artists can gather to work together and learn from one another in a community setting. Myers holds and MFA in Print from New Mexico State University. Her work in Print, Installation and Fibers combines traditional techniques presented in unconventional settings. Her current body of work explores our shared cultural values regarding land use and conservation of precious natural resources. Margot’s formative training in commercial salmon fishing in Bristol Bay, AK has shaped her schedule and studio practice. To see images visit www.margotbmyers.com
